Brad is a seasoned transactional and business lawyer concentrating his practice in complex business matters and commercial litigation across various industries.  He is a strategic legal advisor and general corporate counsel to CPG brands, food and beverage entrepreneurs, and investors.  He assists business leaders accomplish their strategic goals and utilizes a proactive approach to problem solve and minimize risk.  Brad advises clients on quality and supplier agreements as well as manufacturing agreements and compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

Brad is a seasoned transactional and business lawyer concentrating his practice in complex business matters and commercial litigation across various industries.  He is a strategic legal advisor and general corporate counsel to CPG brands, food and beverage entrepreneurs, and investors.  He assists business leaders accomplish their strategic goals and utilizes a proactive approach to problem solve and minimize risk.  Brad advises clients on quality and supplier agreements as well as manufacturing agreements and compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMPs).

Throughout his nearly 30-year extensive legal career, Brad has navigated a spectrum of complex legal disputes while recommending a litigation strategy to manage the risks, costs and benefits of litigation to reach a desired solution. While an aggressive litigator, Brad recognizes that most disputes settle and approaches each dispute with a goal-oriented and fee-sensitive outlook on behalf of his clients to determine their best outcome.  He practices in both federal and state courts, before regulatory bodies, and in arbitrations.

Clients turn to Brad to protect their business interests during business formation which includes corporate governance, organizational structure, entity formation, corporate operations and drafting the necessary documents such as shareholders’ and buy-sell agreements.  He routinely advises privately-held businesses on a wide variety of corporate matters, including corporate governance, asset and stock purchase agreements, board advisory work, and general commercial matters.

Brad serves as an arbitrator with the Cook County Arbitration Program and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Outside the legal profession, Brad enjoys college football, skiing, and spending time with his wife and 5 children.
